INFORMATION FOR PRESS EXHIBITORS
All ads must be submitted in a camera-ready electronic format (preferably as a PDF file). Please send all ads as an email attachment to Nicole St-Onge at nstonge@uottawa.ca
SHIPPING
The Lord Elgin Hotel will accept shipments no earlier than seven (7) days prior to the first conference event (seven days prior to the first meeting is 6 October 2010). Please address all boxes with a "HOLD" for the press representative attending the conference and the date of the representative's arrival (as shown below). All boxes and equipment shipped to the hotel should be addressed as follows:

EXHIBIT ROOM
The exhibit room will be the MacDonald Room. Located right off the Hotel's main lobby on the 1st floor, the room has 1122 square feet of space. Coffee service and registration will be located at the entrance to the MacDonald Room. Display tables cost $25 each per day. If exhibitors wish to advertise in the official program, a half page ad costs $200.
EXHIBIT HOURS
The MacDonald Room will be open from 3 PM until Midnight on October 13 to allow vendors to set up their exhibits. We will ensure that the Hotel has tables ready for 3PM. Each vendor is responsible for retrieving their boxes from the Hotel. Please ask for assistance from Bell Service in the Lobby.
The Book exhibit will be open from 14-16 October from 8Am to 5PM. The room will be locked and secured after hours, but the Hotel does not accept responsibility for any stolen items.
At the conclusion of your exhibit, all items must be removed from the MacDonald Room and the Hotel by 5 PM on 16 October.
